Nguyen Wahed is pleased to present Field, a solo exhibition of new work by Leander Herzog, following his debut at Art Basel in Basel earlier this year. Field is a continuous landscape of grass, generated in real time and never repeating a single frame. The work runs on its own, shifting and rendering without pause or loop, while responding to the presence of its viewers and folding them into the collective image. Visitors enter the work on multiple registers, their gestures and movements absorbed into the field as they happen. What appears as nature is entirely code.
