## Linda Mary Montano Flying the Coop

- When: On view through Dec 05
- Run: Oct 30 – Dec 05, 2026

Linda Mary Montano is best known for her radical, pioneering performance art. Early in her career, she gravitated toward endurance works that demanded extreme devotion, physical dedication, and resolve. In the now-famous collaborative performance Art/Life One Year Performance , Montano was tied to Taiwanese-American artist Tehching Hsieh for an entire year (1983–1984) with an eight-foot rope that was secured around each artist’s waist. The gesture is as heady as it is punk, and it beautifully relays how far she will go for art.

## Loren Erdrich The Echo

- When: On view through Dec 05
- Run: Oct 30 – Dec 05, 2026

As our understanding of space, time, and even life itself advances, we may soon reach a crossroads that transcends the confines of physical existence. These states of being and consciousness will likely echo what is perceived, but with infinite variation and mutability. Loren Erdrich views this possibility with wonder, pursuing her own vision and understanding of this transcendence through painting and the creation of otherworldly ceramic forms.
