440 Gallery is pleased to present Certainty of Repetition , an exhibition featuring work by Sophie Pickering and Hyunju Kim that explores the shifting boundary between craft and fine art. Rooted in slow, labor-intensive processes, both artists bring painterly figuration to materials and traditions often associated with abstraction and utility.
