ONE BIG DISCO FAMILY! Nov 20th is Transgender Day of Remembrance - we honor our trans siblings & those lost to anti- transgender violence. This night is about offering care on the day after - bringing us all together in a room and offering connections to local non-profits for care onsite. This event is in partnership with What Will I Become - a documentary about trans boys, mental health & imagining a way forward. Exploring universal themes on mental health, grief and masculinity - What Will I Become? asks what to do with our community's collective heartbreak and honor that trans people are always more than their deaths. The film is directed by Lexie Bean & Logan Rozos. Vinyl Nights at Xanadu is the ultimate throwback to the Golden Era of NYC roller skating — celebrating the music, style, energy and culture that ruled New York’s legendary rinks from the 1970s through the 1990s. DJs DJ Misbehaviour - London Born Brooklynite legend who went Viral with over 27 Millions Views spinning 90's Hip Hop records. Illexxxandra - is a Brooklyn-based DJ and producer known for her high-energy blend of disco, funk, global bass, jungle, and underground dance music. Tipyourdj - is a NYC nightlife DJ known for his provocative, unexpected sounds and dynamic sets across Brooklyn’s vibrant LGBTQ+ party scene.
