A composer, guitarist, rapper, and record producer who defies every category jazz has tried to build, Gene Pritsker is one of New York City's most audacious and prolific musical voices. Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 1971 and raised in Brooklyn, he trained at the Manhattan School of Music and has spent three decades dismantling the walls between jazz, hip hop, classical chamber music, and rock — one fearless composition at a time. With his ensemble Sound Liberation, he brings that boundary-erasing vision to Welcome to Harlem on November 6, 2026. 📅 Date: November 6, 2026 🕖 Time: 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM 📍 Location: Mount Morris Ascension Presbyterian Church Reserve your spot now at www.harlemjazzboxx.com and feel the pulse of Harlem’s jazz scene come alive.
